Increasing number of women numerous obstacles face by them enhance the necessity studying how utilize dynamic business This study is a qualitative inquiry successful woman entrepreneur Western Province Sri Lanka utilized narrative analysis allowing to share experiences through story telling. Business was captured with her explanations on initial present level terms employees, physical facility improvement, market share, foreign markets, product developments diversification. Environmental sensing & seizing, learning, integration reconfiguration, knowledge sharing that she possessed. Entrepreneurial characteristics including risk taking, need achievement, tolerance ambiguity, creativity innovation, self-confidence determination, passion, optimism work as strong drive fostering throughout journey business. “Knowledge sharing” recognized new dimension capability it affects image, open avenue creating networks diverse groups society fulfill CSR requirement essential survival.
